bod pod

It seems there is some confusion about my latest post, so let me clear a few things up. The egg shaped space shuttle in the first picture is more appropriately known as a Bodpod. It happens to be the latest and greatest (not to mention the most accurate) way to determine a person's percent body fat.

    Bonnie has a point you know.
    And if someone/thing is not your friend you should stay away from it. You'll be a lot happier (which is why I don't care to get my body-fat tested).
